Personal Information

1. Each guest or resident who books at Places in The Garden with TKR is required, no less than seven (7) days prior to Check-In, to submit Identification with Photo: either Government IDs/Passport/Drivers Licence/Birth Certificates; this includes children and infants.

2. By the time of arrival (Check-In day), if ID(s) are not presented to us for temporary file or to store, ENTRY to the premises WILL BE DENIED. On arrival, each guest must produce his or her ID/Passport or Drivers License for verification for a stay in The Garden. 

3. To protect the integrity and security of the information we hold, we may ask that you follow a defined access procedure, which may include steps to verify your identity.

4. We will retain and store your personal information only for as long as such information is required.

 

Acknowledgement

As a guest or resident of The Garden, I acknowledge that myself and all additional guests who form part of the Booking have consented to the clauses hereto contained on this Webpage and are aware of the information required by Places in The Garden (together with TKR ) for access over the duration of our stay. By virtue of providing our identity details, (which can include biometrics) we have given consent to Places in The Garden with TKR, that as may be necessary, these details could be used for further processing.

Use of ID Information

Identification information (ID) is to verify your identity on arrival and stay at Places in The Garden, which aligns with the Ministry of Tourism stipulations we implement for our security policies, procedures, and to handle, to resolve any legal or commercial complaints or issues that may arise, and that involves security practices.

 

Financial Data

Regarding credit-cards and any other financial instruments; data collected is used to process Booking and to manage guest stay, or to arrange and purchase requested services. ​​
