CWOWI NETWORK

CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS INTERNATIONAL (CWOWI) is A Network that connects over 140 House Church Affiliates in over 50 countries around the world. The Network is headed by John and Barb Fenn and was founded by them in 2002. They began from their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They, with their leaders, support and bring The Churches together through online teaching, meetings, conferences, shared resources, and more.
House Churches in the CWOWI Network affiliate under one unified Statement of Faith and one set of core values. House Churches revolve around friends, neighbors, and co-workers meeting regularly for the purpose of growing in Christ and letting the LORD’s Will be done. House Churches are free to flow with the timeframe of what GOD is doing in their midst. They are naturally discussion focused and allow for everyone in attendance to use their spiritual gifting. “God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another” [1 Peter 4:10]. Consequently, though there is one leading family who starts an House Church, the leader allows other members to lead a meeting as they are able.
​CULTURE
Regarding our Family of Churches, we request (not require) that Affiliates consider Sunday morning as their primary meeting time as a matter of culture. Accordingly, we are flexible where each Affiliate is free to do so or not, depending on their city’s Church times.

CWOWI is nondenominational, celebrating LORD Jesus Who we have in common, and the Truths of the Scriptures. The focus is accountability through relationships instead of accountability to a program or a structure. Apostle Paul wrote the New Testament to believers who asembled in living rooms. Investing in building relationships strengthens the person, the family, the friends and the entire Body of Christ.
Evangelism and an outpouring of ministry comes from each individual person; In their daily lives, work, village, neighborhood and community as they are a light for Jesus. They are an example to everyone around them. They evangelize through relationship. This way the new Christian is supported in relationship while they begin their Walk with Christ. ​

International CWOWI Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The 2025 CWOWI House Church Conference in Orlando, Florida, brought together believers from twenty U.S. states— not attending church, but being the Church. The weekend reflected the beautiful balance of Spirit and Word through teaching, worship, prayer, and heartfelt fellowship.
​
From shared meals to spontaneous conversations, each moment offered a chance to connect, encourage, and grow together. Participants left with full hearts, deeper understanding, and new friendships rooted in Christ.
​
God continues to stir His Church to return to simplicity, strength, and genuine connection—just as in Acts 2:42.​

Visitation
In a Visitation recently, I (Leader John) asked the Lord about the year to come. It’s interesting how He talks, for He at first said: “I’ve already told you as it stands now, what will happen in this new administration, so I don’t need to tell you again. (I've shared part of that) Hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Settle your hearts and prepare your hearts, for these next years are a time to prepare and establish, not a time to be lazy and think all things will continue as they have.”
Those who are walking with the Lord like you reading this, know in your spirit ‘something is up’. There is a sense of the Father doing things or about to do things we’ve not seen in this country before. In this Visitation He shared the way this country would be going in the future, as many will after this new administration, look for the government to be their source and supply. For us though, He spoke of miracles being seen in homes, miraculous supply, and a situation in which we will be vilified in the culture, but on a person to person basis, people will come to the Lord in massive numbers. There is great peace in this.
In the US among conservatives, it seems like a 'party atmosphere', gleeful in the promise of happy days are here again...that's just the thing the Lord was warning about, and it pertains to all nations. We have a window of time to settle our hearts, to prepare our hearts.
In a different context in Luke 21:14 Jesus said: "Settle it in your hearts now to think before how you will answer." The word 'settle' is 'tithemi' and means 'to place' or 'to set in place'. It was used in Matthew 5: 15 that you don't place a candle under a basket, and in Matthew 27: 60 to describe where they 'placed' or 'set' the body of Jesus in the tomb.
Jesus in that context of Luke 21 was talking about cultural or direct persecution, and said to now, before you see that, to set your heart in place.
How To 'Settle' The Heart
Hebrews 10: 32 says: "Call to remembrance the former days, when you were first illuminated (born again) and the great difficulties you faced." The meaning being to remember His faithfulness from start to now, and settling your heart to know as He was faithful then, He is faithful now, and will be faithful in the future. You can settle the heart against future difficulties, if you call to remembrance his record of faithfulness throughout your life. And some of us can think of our lives before we came to the Lord and remember that He was faithful to bring us to salvation in the first place - without Him many of us would be dead or locked up! Remember the early days, settle your heart that He was faithful, is, faithful, will be faithful. Fear nothing. Stay away from web sites that have spirits of fear attached, for there are many 'Christian' sites that have unclean spirits attached. Be disciplined no matter how curious you are....faith in Christ is serious business, guard your hearts and minds.
For those walking with Him, who hold onto His peace, will see His faithfulness in all things.

RUSSIA BACKS COALITION AGAINST ISRAEL
December 2024
The War of Ezekiel 38
Two main activities are now setting the stage for Israel’s war with Russia, Iran, and Turkey. One is that 38: 8, 11, 14 records that Israel is living in peace when the invasion comes in from the north. Israel’s current war destroying the terrorist organizations which had brought attacks from Gaza and Lebanon, will mean local peace is attained. Consider how this is being fulfilled: Terrorist organizations are destroyed, Assad of Syria has been deposed, Iran's ability to defend itself has been knocked out, and so much more. Local peace within the borders of Israel will be the result, and we see it coming to pass before our eyes!
Ezekiel 38: 7 tells Magog (Russia) and their allies to 'prepare' and for Magog 'to be a guard' for their allies. In other words, they are the force behind the alliance, meaning Russian weapons, personnel and such as a guard among their allies.
The other condition is v4 where God says of the leader of Magog (modern Russia):
God will ‘put hooks into your jaws’ to bring Magog against Israel. Right now we are seeing the hooks (plural) being put into the jaws of Russia. ‘Hooks’ means multiple reasons for Russia, Turkey and Iran to invade Israel. Verses 10-14 say they will look at the wealth of Israel and think they can with an overwhelming force, take a spoil.
Ezekiel 38 also names Libya and Ethiopia (modern North Sudan and North Ethiopia) as allies, so watch for these to also allow Russia to 'be a guard' for them in the alliance.
Ezekiel 38:13 indicates Arab nations and possibly the west will confront the aggressors. We could see Saudi Arabia for instance, recognizing Israel, picking up where the Abrahamic Accords laid the foundation. Ezekiel says they will look at Israel as prey and spoil to be taken - which points to peace and prosperity to the point those nations want their resources. That they would do that, indicates they don't think the west will ally with Israel to try to stop them. Bad miscalculation. For now, look for local peace in Israel while Russia, Turkey, Iran gather strength from afar.

LEADERS BEING JUDGED
Even All In The Body Of Christ
​Redeem The Time
2024 saw many leaders being judged and their sins exposed. They are a visible part of the larger judging of ourselves the Lord is asking of the Body of Christ. Far more millions are being judged in ways we don't often think of as judgement.
Long hidden issues in marriages are brought to the surface not by the devil, but by God to be dealt with, for example. The more difficult but usually God's way, which is to deal with the personal issues that caused the problems in the marriage in the first place.
The same could be said of credit card spending. The Lord is dealing with His People to discipline themselves, to control their lust for things, recognizing that much of it is 'want' not 'need' as they've labeled them up to now. It is hard work to stop using a credit card and pay down the debit, but that too is part of judging ourselves.
Every day issues are the things the Lord is asking His Body to do, to judge ourselves. If we don't, a few years ahead will threaten to take away what wasn't dealt with now. It's like pruning a tree, with the issues being the overgrown branches. A gardener will either trim them in the season for trimming, or the coming ice storm a few months later will do the job - but that trimming will be far more painful for the tree.
None of us have 'arrived'. None are perfect. We are all saved by the same blood and working out our salvation day to day. That is why it is of faith, so that it can be by grace - it's all about Him, we can't come to Him of our own accomplishments and holiness. Every day is preparation for the next day, each week preparation for the next week, and so on. As Ephesians 2:7 says, He is already thinking of the ages to come so He can continue to show us His kindness towards us through Christ Jesus.
Paul exhorted the Ephesians in 5:16: "Redeeming the time because the days are evil." The Greek word 'redeeming' is used of our own redemption, that we were 'bought back' by the blood of Jesus. To redeem time therefore means to 'buy back' time. It means 'to rescue from loss'. Rescue time from loss. Buy back time, because the days are evil. Take advantage of the time we are in to make the most of it. That isn't fear, that's just recognizing the season we are in and what is expected of us. Faith in Christ is serious. It's time for many to get serious about knowing Him and walking with Him. If you're doing that, no problem, you know the times and seasons. Amen and come quickly Lord Jesus!
Let us purpose in our hearts to mature in faith, life, and relationships. Let us now live with a determination to set our house in order, with a new zeal for God’s ways in our lives, supported by a network of true friends in Christ.

LORD JESUS VISITS LEADER JOHN

Election In America:
JOHN was just talking to Him while doing dishes, saying this: “Lord, you said ‘it has been given to have a conservative administration’ in the next election cycle, but just because its been given from heaven is not guarantee of it happening.”
“I have no assurance, nothing in my spirit saying that is assured, that it’s a done deal. Why is that? Is it because behind the scenes the democrats are trying to figure out what to do, and their decision could change the election if your people don’t pray and vote? There has to be something more to it for you to leave it like that, as ‘a matter of prayer’ – given from heaven but I don’t sense it being a sure thing.” and things like that.
Suddenly He was standing next to me and I stopped what I was doing at the sink and turned. He replied: “It’s because (my lack of assurance) this nation is at a tipping point.” I looked at Him: “Tipping point? That means we are at a point momentum will go one way or the other. Does the debate and decisions they are making now and next month have a part to play in that?”
He replied: “This nation is at a tipping point, with the election determining which way it will go. Momentum will shift back and forth in the coming months, so pray people will be moved by principle and not emotion.”
LORD Jesus Continued:
“In the last election many of my people voted by personality rather than principle. (And as I told you before, I allowed those with false spirits attached to them, and those speaking out of their own heart to prophesy that they might be exposed. Yet some did not repent and even now continue on as they were.) Once again I will deal with some of them, more severely, for some this time after things settle a bit, for I have given them grace but they have not repented.”
“I used this debate to remove (from my people) all excuses for personality. The prayer for this time, is for your brothers and sisters to establish priorities, for the natural mirrors the values in their hearts, and their walk with me.”
“I am using this in the natural to require the same thing spiritually in their lives. Establish your priorities by judging yourselves. You’re about to see the gap widen even more between those who are moving on with me, and those who want to maintain the status quo. Between popular culture, and kingdom culture. Between the ways of the world, and the ways of the Father. Many are even now staying where they are because they don’t want things to change, hoping if they stay put things will not change. They resist what I am doing in their heart, for it moves them out of their comfort zone, and they know it. “

“Remember what I told you about why I allowed the scandal between President Clinton and Monica Lewinsky to be played out on the headlines of this nation? I told you I allowed it to play out in public because he represents the sins of his generation, which are primarily two: Greed and lust. I said that his generation might see their lives in the scandals of the President and say, ‘See, he’s just like me’, or ‘Oh, he is just like me, I need to repent and change.’ That those people might turn to me, to grow up in me, and many did.”

“So it is again with this election. I allowed the obvious to be seen, that some may harden their hearts, and that others might even for the sake of mercy and common sense, see a need for change. And then with the change, establish my priorities in their hearts.”
​
“I am using these things in the natural to cause the dull of hearing to recognize I am telling them to judge themselves, to establish priorities, to determine right and wrong in their lives, to repent of their love of this world and its things, to hear what I am saying to the church.”
​
“A great divide is coming, even to this nation. Those who have been listening to Me won’t be caught by surprise. Those who have ignored what I’ve been saying to my body in this country, will be caught unprepared. Do not despise them when they turn and come to you, guard your heart and know ahead of time those days are coming.”
​
“You have some time yet, but let my people be warned. There will be those who want nothing to do with you now, but will one day turn to you for help. Accept their true repentance by walking in love and doing good. There is yet some time, but as you were told before, the spirit of socialism can be delayed, but won’t be stopped.” And that was the end of the information part.

This last comment refers back to the Bush/Kerry presidential race in 2004, 20 years ago. I think there is significance in the timing of His comment July 2. In the summer of 2004 I noticed a feeling in my spirit that was different about the Democratic party and its nominee. I asked the Father what it was. He replied:
​
“It is the spirit of socialism.” I asked, “Where did it come from?” He immediately said: “From Europe. For there are those in this nation who want the United States to be like Europe. But that is not what I’ve called this country to. It can be delayed, but it won’t be stopped.” That was 20 years ago.
​
The visitation ended on a light note. After He had said there is some time yet, but that this election will determine if things happen faster or are delayed, I just opened up a bit: “Lord, I’m tired. I get people email me or contact me and all they want is something from me. They aren’t interested in church in the home or the relationships in you or growing in you. Some won’t even format an email correctly, no respect, no sense of value, just putting in the subject line ‘PDF’ with no idea who they are or which PDF they are talking about. Others just want something with no sense of appreciation or giving back…and on I went a bit in a tired, self-focused way….and He simply said: “Now you know how I feel.” And with a smile He disappeared.
Priorities In The Body Of Christ:
I wanted to share this visitation with you for prayer. We were told to pray the Father’s will be done on earth as it is done in heaven. That it is given from heaven for a conservative next 4 years is not a guarantee, which is why the Lord was gracious enough to clarify some things for me.

His focus is not on the US elections, but He is a Master at using anything He can to get the attention of the body of Christ and those who need to mature in Him now. Mature in Him doesn’t mean political party, don’t be that shallow to read that into it – He is talking about priorities in life, and political parties merely reflect conservative or liberal values in the people who vote for them.
​
This visitation was about priorities in life; family, friends, neighbors and coworkers are to be high priorities. As James said in 4:2: “You adulteresses. Don’t you know friendship with the world is enmity with God?” The Greek word ‘world’ there is ‘kosmos’, and means ‘world’s system’.
​
In our culture it means the things of this world, the toys, the entertainment, the culture of it all – friendship with that world works against Christ in you the hope of glory. He is about love, mercy, grace, joy, peace, godliness of character – those meek and lowly things that are opposite the world.
​
At His return according to His own words in Matthew 25, Jesus said He is looking for a people who fed, watered, clothed, and visited ‘Him’ (these the least of my brethren) when in need. That is where the body is headed, that is the direction He is taking all of us, no matter our earthly nation, He is bringing us to the values of the ‘heavenly nation’ where our true citizenship is.
